Colorful Hat Circus & Variety performs at Daikin Festival in Huntsville, Alabama!

On Friday, May 5th, the Colorful Hat Circus & Variety was thrilled to perform at the Daikin Festival at Point Mallard Park in Decatur, Alabama, bringing high-energy entertainment to delight families and festival-goers. Our all-star cast included the WeFlip Acrobats Ian Henry and Alex Costa, who amazed the crowd with extreme jump rope, chair stacking, balancing stunts, and high-flying teeterboard acrobatics.

World-class juggling was on full display with not one, but two world champion jugglers — 2-time IJA Gold Medalist Zak McAllister and 3-time World Juggling Federation champion Spencer Androli. Each performed an incredible mix of high-skill, innovative juggling routines. Yes, Spencer casually juggled seven LED clubs like it was nothing — because that’s what he does!

The Colorful Hat also provided strolling plate spinning and pop-up magic shows throughout the festival, keeping the energy and excitement going all evening.

The Daikin Festival, a beloved Japanese cultural celebration produced by Daikin America since 1994, offers live music, Japanese folk dancing, food, and family fun — all capped off with a spectacular fireworks display. We were honored to be part of the festivities, adding circus excitement to an event that has become one of the largest cultural gatherings in the Southeast.
